Hampton South is located in a growing area of Tulsa. It is a small neighborhood of 226 homes, with no through traffic. While it is tucked away from the hustle & bustle, it remains close to one of the most popular shopping and restaurant districts in Tulsa. Expressways are close for easy access to anywhere in town or for heading out of town. All homes are in the highly regarded Union School District.
About Our Association
The Hampton South Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporate entity established in accordance with the statutes of the State of Oklahoma, and formed for the general purposes of maintaining the common areas and enhancing the value, desirability and attractiveness of Hampton South. As a mandatory homeowners association, all property owners in Hampton South are members. Hampton South Homeowners Association maintains the landscaped entrance and the beautiful 1/2 acre park with a playground, basketball court, covered picnic tables and open space.
Architectural Committee
The Hampton South Homeowners Association has designated an Architectural Committee for the review of property improvements as subject to the Restrictive Covenants. The Architectural Committee's purpose is to promote good design and compatibility within the subdivision.
